On July 30, 2024, at the Artha Graha headquarters in Jakarta, Asia Timur Assets (ATA) and PT. Karawang Cipta Persada (KCP), a subsidiary of the Artha Graha Group, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to formalize their strategic cooperation. The agreement was signed by Mr. Ferdinand Manua, Chairman of KCP, and Mr. Dustin Yuan, Managing Director of ATA.

Mr. Ferdinand Manua expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, noting the increasing interest from Chinese investors in Indonesia. He emphasized KCP’s commitment to collaborating with ATA to facilitate the establishment of Chinese enterprises at Artha Industrial Hill (AIH) efficiently.

Mr. Dustin Yuan discussed ATA’s operations in China and Indonesia, highlighting Indonesia’s advantages for Chinese companies expanding abroad. He reiterated ATA’s goal of leveraging its development experience to provide high-quality industrial infrastructure in Indonesia and support Chinese enterprises at AIH.

Following the MOU signing, both parties discussed cooperation areas, including industrial and logistics infrastructure development. They recognized the favorable conditions for China-Indonesia collaboration amid global supply chain restructuring.

Artha Graha Group, a prominent conglomerate, is a key player in Indonesia’s economic growth and the principal developer of the AIH project in Karawang, West Java. AIH, strategically located with excellent access to Jakarta and major ports, offers modern infrastructure and facilities for manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing.

Asia Timur Assets, part of Zhengchuang Group, aims to develop state-of-the-art industrial and logistics infrastructure in Indonesia, supporting the establishment of a “CN+ID” industrial presence.
