- Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention.
- Conducting Marketing research
- Accompany customers to the property location
- Helping to provide the information customers need
- Conduct engagement with customers to determine the level of customers satisfaction and feedback
- Assist DB Manager for administration tasks
- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- Having experience 2-3 years in Industrial relations (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Preferably experience in hospitality industry
- Fast response attitude & highly Organized
- Excellent communication & strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using MS.Office (Ms.Word, Ms.Excel and Ms.Power Point)
- Develop and establish cooperative relationship with major Indonesian industrial estate developers
- Negotiate and sign Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with industrial estate developers
- Conduct industrial information analysis and national industrial policies collection related to various industries
- Manage business inspection tours and direct interactions with overseas clients and industrial estate developers, ensuring high-quality reception and presentation
- Assist overseas clients in asset acquisition negotiations and transactions
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Preference for candidates with experience in firms like JLL, Leads, Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield, and Savills within their Industrial teams, or major Indonesian industrial real estate developers such as Jababeka and Sinarmas (Deltamas)
- Extensive network in industrial real estate development and government sectors is highly desirable
- Familiarity with industrial real estate transactions, development, and procedural flows
- Must be an English speaker; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
