Asia Timur Assets (ATA) and Artha Industrial Hill Forge Strategic Partnership with MOU Signing

On July 30, 2024, at the Artha Graha headquarters in the Revenue Building, Central Business District, Jakarta, Asia Timur Assets (ATA) and PT. Karawang Cipta Persada (KCP), a subsidiary of the Artha Graha Group, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to formalize their strategic cooperation. The agreement was signed by Mr. Ferdinand Manua, Chairman of KCP, and Mr. Dustin Yuan, Managing Director of ATA, on behalf of their respective organizations.

During the signing ceremony, Mr. Ferdinand Manua expressed strong anticipation for the upcoming partnership, emphasizing that KCP has noticed the growing interest from Chinese investors in Indonesia. He highlighted that, in this broader context, KCP is committed to collaborating earnestly with ATA to facilitate the smooth establishment of Chinese enterprises at Artha Industrial Hill (AIH), with a focus on practical and efficient execution.

Mr. Dustin Yuan, in his address, first introduced ATA’s operations in both China and Indonesia and analyzed the significant advantages of Indonesia as a destination for Chinese companies expanding overseas. He stated that ATA aims to leverage its extensive development experience accumulated in China to continue providing high-quality industrial infrastructure for its global clients in Indonesia. Additionally, ATA is committed to supporting more Chinese enterprises in investing and establishing operations at AIH.

Following the signing of the MOU, both parties engaged in detailed discussions regarding specific cooperation areas, including the development of industrial and logistics infrastructure and supporting Chinese enterprises in their international expansion. Both sides concurred that the acceleration of globalization and the restructuring of global supply chains provide a favorable opportunity for China-Indonesia collaboration. The signing of this strategic partnership marks the official commencement of comprehensive cooperation between ATA and AIH Group in the industrial and logistics sectors.
